Week 30

This month has flown by, Harry and I have been busy decorating bedrooms, buying clothes, toys, DVDs, you name it and we have bought it!!!!!!!!!!

The bedrooms look adorable and I keep nipping to have a sit down and just smile to myself that my little ones will soon be asleep in there!!!!!!!!!

We have been given a photo of Katy and Ben, it was incredible to look at these children knowing we were going to be their new mummy and daddy.

We don't really know that much about the children as yet except they have good appetites, like to play with other children and like to 'giggle'!!!!!!!!!!!

We are waiting to hear when the planning meeting will be followed by introductions, hope it isn't going to be too long because Harry and I just want so much to meet our little ones!!!!!!

We have made a 'family introductions' book, it's full of stickers, stickers for them to colour in, activities and has brightly coloured lettering. We decided to use the gifts that we have bought Katy and Ben to introduce them to our house, so Katy has a doll called 'Susie' and Ben a teddy called 'Bear' and Susie and Bear are in all the photos and show Katy and Ben round our house. We saw this idea on a website and thought it was really novel and a good way to introduce the children. Susie and Bear will then come with Harry and I to meet our son and daughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been inundated with lovely cards and presents, people have been so thoughtful and kind and it has meant so much to Harry and I. We have kept all the gifts with names on for the children so we can tell them who has sent which gift for them.

By my next diary Harry and I should be proud and happy parents at last and will be able to tell you all about the introductions.
