The Kilshaws, who hit the headlines last year over the custody battle of the American twins, are appearing in court tomorrow.

The court appearance is an attempt to stop them disclosing what they say is a similar controversial adoption.

In December last year the Kilshaws were served, along with other media organisations, an injunction banning them from disclosing both the children and the couple involved.

The court appearance is an attempt by the couple to extend this injunction.
