Barnardo's is hosting a ladies lunch fundraiser at Pittodrie House Hotel, Pitcaple, North Scotland on Friday.

The proceeds will go towards projects dealing with young offenders, supporting families with disabled children and helping children who face a family breakdown.

Barnardo's chief executive Roger Singleton is guest speaker and two luxury hampers will be raffled, along with a hospitality voucher donated by the hotel.

The event has been organised by the Aberdeen and Insch Barnardo's helper groups to mark the organisation being chosen as one of the Queen's designated charities during her golden jubilee year.
