Alan Kilshaw facing speeding trial

Alan Kilshaw, the solicitor who was at the centre of the internet adoption saga, is to stand trial for speeding.

He was not at Mold Magistrates when the case was heard yesterday but entered a plea of not guilty to breaking the speed limit on the A541 at Mold in North Wales. The trial was set for July 2.
